Our process facilities and mixing tanks are cutting-edge and ready for any and every product-specific requirement. As a contract filler, we fill more than six million litres every year in Germany.

Every year, we test around 1,500 production batches at our 500 m² laboratory. Our comprehensive quality assurance starts with our stringent supplier selection process and continues with the incoming goods inspections we carry out on our starting materials and packaging. Every batch undergoes rigorous in-process checks and is inspected thoroughly before going to market.

Packaging & Serialisation
Packing Your Products.
As a manufacturer of liquid and semi-solid products, we offer comprehensive filling and packaging services. Our modern facilities boast 10 flexible packing lines that can be used for bottles, tubes, canisters and stick packs. Eight of our lines are series-capable.
Packaging under GMP conditions:
- We package over 35 m primary packages for nearly 400 finished products.
- We conduct a full inspection on every single finished package.
- We can personalise medicinal products with French coding/Bollini if desired.
- We bundle your folding boxes, pack them into shipping boxes and load everything onto pallets.
- We can “sleeve” your containers and seals with thermal insulated sleeves where necessary.
Additional packaging services:

Serialising Your Products.
The serialisation of prescription medicinal products (Rx products and Omeprazole) was introduced as a requirement in the EU in 2019. Serialisation and labelling systems are intended to prevent the trade of illegal medicinal products. Packaging features include a 2D matrix code with serialised packing number, a product code (GTIN, NTIN, PPN) and tamper-proofing with a self-adhesive seal or hot glue.
This information must be printed in plain text and machine-readable format. With serialisation, each packaged unit gets a unique identity containing the individual serial number of the authorisation holder. At the pharmacy, the serial number on the packet is compared against the manufacturer information before the product is handed over to the customer. This acts as additional end-to-end verification.
Make Yourself FMD-Compliant With Us.
We offer OCS Line Management across a total of six lines to help you make your products fully FMD-compliant: we mark, weigh, seal and verify your packages and print an IFA or GS1 code on each using an ink jet printer. We can serialise up to 300 packages per minute with this process. We are also set up for the Russian Federal Act in place since 2020 and can add the necessary 44-digit crypto code and aggregation to your packages.

Logistics
Managing Your Logistics.
Liquid and semi-solid pharma, cosmetic, disinfectant and dietary supplement products require particular care and attention when it comes to logistics. Our two factories offer a total of 8,000 pallet bays across 5,000 m² for semi-finished and finished products. That includes special areas for storing toxic substances, explosive products, refrigeration products and combustible liquids. We monitor temperature and conditions across all product-specific warehouse areas. Any time a product is moved, it is identified and recorded in our state-of-the-art ERP system using a bar code – to give you peace of mind. When it matters the most, our warehouse set-up allows us to react even at short notice. AEO-qualified hauliers ensure smooth delivery and compliance with all transport conditions, both in Germany and further afield. We don’t skimp on sustainability either, using environmentally friendly electric warehouse vehicles without exception.
