Lichtenheldt reacts to the Corona-Virus
In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lichtenheldt, the responsible authorities assigned Lichtenheldt a considerable importance in the fight against the virus.
Being a renowned pharmaceutical contract manufacturer for liquid and semi-solid forms, we are one of the system-relevant companies in Northern Germany helping to minimize the effect of the pandemic.
Our top priority is the increased protection of the health of our employees, also enabling us to sustainably continue production operations. For this reason, we have improved our internal security measures at an early stage and are constantly adapting them flexibly on the basis of latest developments and recommendations.
As a specialist for contract manufacturing of disinfectants and products for hospital hygiene, we are requested by our responsible authorities to maximize and expand our production capacities. The market supply will be performed by our customers, to whom we supply these urgently needed goods.
The production of an in-vitro diagnostic product for one of our customers for use in corona diagnostics has also been prioritized, too!
We are proud to be able to make an important contribution to the fight and containment of the virus with our daily work here in Schleswig-Holstein.
At this point we would also like to thank our customers and our business partners for their reliability and loyalty, and especially our employees for their tireless efforts in the daily production process. Only through this we are able to provide a stable delivery situation for our customers.
